We do not sell, trade, or share any of your personal data to any third parties. We will only send you information from BIB-IT if you are on our mailing list.
All transaction processes are handled on PayPal's secure servers, so you will never have to worry about your financial information being stolen. .
We have tried to make sure the colors on our site are displayed as accurately as possible in both photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee the colors you are seeing are accurate due to the many types and settings of monitors. We will supply a 2”x 2” swatch of both front and back fabric on any of our collections at no charge (Limit 2 per household). You may request swatches in our contact us section of this site.
At BIB-IT we want you to be happy with your order! If we make a mistake or you find a defect in your BIB-IT, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Item must be returned in original condition. Once the item is received, your refund or replacement will be sent. Please note some items may no longer be available. If this is the case, you will have the choice of another item of equal value. Please contact us and we will happily assist you with your return.
We accept MasterCard/Visa payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, they do offer a guest type credit card payment. When you arrive at the payment screen, click "guest checkout" on the left.
We email when order is received , payment has arrived, and when item is shipped.
Due to the fact that all our items are made on an individual basis, orders may take up to 3 days at the most to ship. If you need special arrangements please use the contact us section of this site to let us know. We will try to accommodate if at all possible. For shipping cost, please see cart. (Domestic shipping only. We do hope to offer international shipping in the near future.)
If this is a gift, please make a note in your shopping cart in the “order notes” section stating this is a gift order. We will not include the invoice in the box. We will send the invoice to you instead. You may also include a message to your recipient in this box as well. It will be put in a greeting card format. If you do not need a message, please type "no message" in the order notes. We do offer gift-wrapping under our special services.
You may purchase a gift certificate in the special services section of our site. Minimum order is $25. See special services for all information. Gift certificates will be sent by Postal System and can be gift wrapped.
